Before ordering packs, we recommend you check to see if you qualify for a courier pick up or where your nearest drop off is. You can do this here.
As we offer you free courier packs to package your items, please note that a fair use policy applies. This means that if we notice that you are ordering packs without using our courier services, or we think you are otherwise making use of this offer unfairly, we may restrict you from obtaining additional free packs.
All Pass the Parcel packaging maintains a weight limit of 25 kg's that must not be exceeded in order to maintain our health and safety standards. See our Packaging Tips section for recommendations and advice on how to pack them correctly.
