Do we pick up from your address?
Pass the Parcel provides pick-up for most addresses around the country. If for some reason we can't pick up your item or you prefer not to have a courier collect it you can take it to your nearest Drop Off Point.
Please note: If you are dropping your item into a drop point, once you have dropped the item into the drop point, please call us on 0800 727 784 and let us know it is ready and waiting there for us.
