Pass the Parcel is a trading name of Post Haste Ltd. Post Haste is a New Zealand registered company and all prices quoted are in NZ Dollars and include GST. Your credit card statement will show that payment has been made to Pass the Parcel.

If you wish to cancel your purchase of packaging or to stop sending your item with us, please contact our Customer Service team by emailing customer.service@passtheparcel.co.nz or by calling 0800 727 784.

If you have any concerns with packaging that has been purchased, please contact our customer services team.
